Thank you for your interest in joining us at Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (EDC) at what is an exceptionally exciting moment in our journey. 

Over the past decade, Ebbsfleet has grown from a bold idea into a thriving and confident community, one that already reflects our vision of an exemplar Garden City. We’ve made enormous progress: Over 5,000 homes delivered, new schools and green spaces established, and the beginnings of a vibrant town centre emerging at Ebbsfleet Central. 

Our next Chief Executive will play a defining role in delivering the next chapter. You will lead delivery of our most ambitious phase yet, unlocking Ebbsfleet Central as a true heart for the Garden City, maintaining momentum on housing and infrastructure delivery despite challenging market conditions, and ensuring we continue to be a great partner to government, local authorities, developers and residents alike. 

We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic vision with commercial acumen, who can hold their own in conversations with ministers, councils and investors, and who can inspire and support a talented and dedicated team.
